Hoefnagel Puzzle Club Etiquette Guide
Hand your pack off to the post office within 48 hours of hitting Return - once you hit Return someone is excitedly awaiting those puzzles!
If something is wrong like a broken or missing piece, hit Report a Problem on your wishlist page so we can fix it rather than passing problems on. We never shoot the messenger!
Fully disassemble your puzzle - trust us, some people really hate getting a puzzle that's still partly assembled.
Secure the box closed for transit - some puzzles clearly won't open and you don't need to do anything (e.g. Liberty and Wentworth). Most puzzles that are a problem (e.g. Artifact, Unidragon...) now have cloth ribbon to tie the lid shut, others have sealing stickers. You can use masking tape or twine or whatever you have, but no one wants to get a box with puzzle pieces all over the place. Worried the box has gone bad? Hit Report a Problem on your wishlist page so we can fix it.
Put the correct shipping label on each pack! Each pack is going directly to a different member, so it's super-important you get the right shipping label on each pack!
Tip: the puzzle pack name is printed in the return address, so you can double-check as you put the label on the box.
If the shipping box the puzzles came in is in really bad shape, feel free to use your own shipping box roughly the same size or if you need to buy a shipping box and you can email us at help@woodenjigsawpuzzles.com to credit your account the cost.
If the puzzle comes with a print-out of the picture, please HIDE IT because some people prefer *not* to see the picture! You can fold it, put it in an envelope, or put it upside down in the bottom of the box.
