Credit Card Info: Our credit card handling is PCI compliant. We never see or store your credit card info. Please do not email or text us your credit card info. We use the popular credit card processing software Stripe to process your credit card info. When you input your credit card into our website, it goes directly to the servers at Stripe, it does not pass through our servers. If your credit card info is on file with us (for shipping charges), we hold an encrypted key that let's us place future charges against it with Stripe, but we do not ourselves have your credit card info.

| Your Name and Mailing Address: We may ask other club members to ship you a pack directly, and for that purpose they will be given a prepaid shipping label with your address on it. If you do not wish them to know your name, please use a non-disclosing pseudonym for your shipping address name (e.g. George Puzzler). But you must list a first and last name or the postal service may reject it. |

Your Name Email and Phone: Our team can see your email address and phone number, which we may use to contact you about Hoefnagel matters only. We will not use your phone or email to contact you for other reasons, and will not release that information to others. |

Your Other Data: Our team can see the information on your wishlist page, including which puzzles you currently have out and which you would like to borrow, and your browsing preferences. We will not share or release that information to others. |
